Who Am I

My name is Paul. I’m a travelling expat who travels the world for about  8 months of the year currently!

I was born in the UK and left with my parents for the greener pastures of a more relaxed New Zealand.

I then set off on an adventure doing my OE ( Overseas Experience ) , where i worked in Bars and applied for many different types of jobs. Ive worked as a head barman , as well as a cook in a kitchen a day or so a week. I have picked apples in the fields of southern england, helped cycle shop owners in the Gold Coast of Australia and hired out rollerblades . bikes and scooters to schoolies in surfer paradise all the while meeting TV celebrities along the way.

In the last 20 years i've focused on setting up a base in New Zealand while running a pest extermination business and working online in SEO and affiliate marketing.

The online marketing has given me a new found freedom in travel and i came to the conclusion that i could never find the right information that i needed, so i started No Trip Too Far to showcase all the places i like to eat at and travel to.

Living Abroad Isn't hard

It all really depends on what your expectations are when looking for a place to live overseas. Places can be as cheap or expensive as you want them to be. You dont need to be an expert in anything and you dont need to be super wealthy to travel.

You dont even need to know or understand the language these days as there are so many different apps online or programs for learning the languages of the countries you want to visit.

If you can adapt to learning new languages' then nothing can stop you achieving anything you want

Want to learn a new language but need help. We recommend ...........as its so much easier than most out there. Go check it out

Living Abroad Doesn’t Take Lots Of Money

When i go to a new country i dont usually go for a so called holiday that costs thousands. I often calculate what its going to cost me for several months

For example i'm currently living in thailand for 6 months and its costing me around $500 USD per month including going out and living. I am living in a house where i dont need to pay rent which is saving me around $300 USD per month so its completely possible to live very well on 1000 USD per month

When i lived in the UK it was a while ago now but we managed to save plenty of money. It just depends if your going to do something specific or to save. You can holiday as well as live somewhere all it takes is balance.

I will be breaking down costs of places to visit as we go along.

Why I Write About My Adventures

To motivate more people to travel and realize that most people can achieve their travel dreams.

To help you learn that living in a different country is so much easier today than waiting until you retire.

To show people not to wait for the “right” moment

To teach people that living a holiday lifestyle is possible no matter what your background is.

I hope this inspires you to take action and live your best life. Check out all my destinations here
